吕小妹教授 课题组

吕小妹,博士,江南大学食品学院研究员,博士生导师。主要从事食品合成生物学及食品酶学方向研究,专注于食品功能因子的绿色制备,国家优秀青年基金(海外)获得者、江苏省双创博士。发表SCI论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点专项子课题、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省双创博士项目等国家级、省部级课题7项,在健康食品绿色制造领域与多家企业开展合作。
